How many people are in your group? Minimum numbers required for a private room.

• You must arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
• Your session starts on time, even if you are not.
• If you or anyone in your group are asked to produce ID and cannot, they will be refused entry.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must leave the premises by 6:30pm.
• If you are not in a fit state to perform, you may be refused entry. Refunds will not be given in this circumstance.
• Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check all the details in case of any mistakes.
• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 days before the date without charge.
• Bookings rescheduled less than 30 days before may be subject to a fee.
• Bookings cancelled/rescheduled less than 7 days are not refundable.
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
• Refunds won’t be given in the event of a no-show.
