Booking Terms
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
- Your session starts on time, even if you are not.
- If you or anyone in your group are asked to produce ID and cannot, they will be refused entry.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must leave the premises by 6:30pm.
- Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email. Please check all the details in case of any mistakes.
- Refunds are not issued in the event of non-attendance or cancellations.
- Any pre-paid bar spend not used by the end of your booking will be forfeited.
- If you need to amend your booking once made, please call us on 01482 445582 to discuss options. Polite Reminder: We want you to make the most of your fab night out. If you are not in a fit state you may be refused entry. Refunds will not be given in this circumstance.
