Sam Lambert has developed SLAM's over the last few years across Brighton & Hove, and after a long career in the fine dining world has now settled as master of smashing flavours in the city. His Tacos are visionary, using his experience to bring maximum flavour, using top notch local produce alongside an eclectic larder of additions. What's happening then? Your ticket gets you an arrival drink, then there'll be snacks followed by a sequence of full power tacos. We'll finish with a little something sweet.

There'll be a special by the glass list of wines chosen to complement this full power cuisine on the night.
